Welcome back Juan and other news

Well Juan Castro is back and I am kinda suprised by that move but this is what I think might happen and I haven't heard anyone else mention this. I do think there might be another move being made but unlike some people who have mentioned Lopez being shipped off, I think it might involve Hatteberg. I think Krivsky could package him and LaRue and get something that could help us. We then either hand over 1B to Aurilia with Dunn subing or move Encarnacion across the infield. I think either one of these makes sense. I don't like the idea of getting rid of Lopez. He is still young and him and Phillips will make an exciting tandem for years to come. I like Olmedo though and wish he had a place on this team. He should be traded also as well as Denorfia. They belong on a major league squad. Maybe not as starters, but neither of them have much left to prove at AAA. I would definitely like to get rid of McCracken instead but I don't know if that will happen. They are going to have to make some kind of move once Encarnacion and Belisle come off the DL. A long shot could be bringing up Votto. He's on the 40 man.

Stubbs signed yesterday and has been assigned to Billings. I don't expect him to be ther very long. Watch out for the outfield of Stubbs, Bruce and Szymanski in Dayton. Those 3 can rake it and cover a lot of ground. Possibly the best outfield in the minors. They have also singed 2nd round pick Sean Watson. Stubbs is the only signee to be assigned to a squad so far.

In a related note. I could stand to see White and Mercker go away.

Belisle has been assigned to Dayton for his rehab assignment.
